GRC Services
Brand Support
We partner with established marketing and branding companies to provide full brand checking and screening services. A typical project is multi-country and we provide a global service of marketing, regulatory and linguistic insights.
Consumer Health
Building on the product information expertise developed in the Pharma and MedTech areas, we also specialise in consumer health. We offer a mix of patient communication and patient-centred research services with an international dimension.
Health Promotion
Partnering with health organisations, we can provide services on a global level as part of wider health promotion campaigns.
Information Design & Testing
Through our networks of in-country specialists, we can also provide advice on the regulatory aspects of clinical study design.
IT Applications Testing
In addition to product information development, GRC has its roots in medical informatics. Our particular interests lie in the area of human-factor testing/usability testing of IT applications for public use. This could be anything from a website designed for appointment setting or patient diaries for use on a mobile phone.
MedTech
GRC has operated in the medical and surgical devices arena for a number of years. We have a particular interest in global labelling, regulatory affairs and human factor testing of home-use devices and device-software applications.
Labelling Support
We provide full regulatory reviews of product labelling. Typically partnering with Contract Research Organisations and specialist labelling companies, we have provided this service for over 120 countries.
Pharmacovigilance
The GRC team can help you design and fulfil the communication plan aspects of Risk Management Plans, as part of wider pharmacovigilance measures advocated by the EMA.
Questionnaire Development & Validation
The GRC team handles all aspects of the linguistic validation of patient-reported outcome and quality of life instruments.
Translation
We are not a translation agency and do not offer translation as a stand-alone service. However, we typically provide translation services when these are integral to larger research projects. In other words, we do not outsource translations to a third party organisation when translation of materials are required.
